How you can Get Involved with BibleNet:

1 Corinthians 12:12 (NIV) says:

The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ.

Each of us is a part of the Body of Christ and many of us are separated from that Body when it comes to the talents that God has given us. Alone, our lights shine dimly; but when combined together, our lights become one, and that one light radiates as bright as the brightest star. Just as a moth is attracted to light, together we can attract those in an unsaved world and provide the light that they need to become part of the Body as well.

I am asking each and every one of you to join your talents together to support BibleNet in its efforts. Many of you have asked how you can help support BibleNet and I am overwhelmed by the number of you who are wanting to help. Let me take the time to thank you and let you know how you may do just this. As 1 Corinthians 12:12 indicated, "the body is made up of many parts" and while some of us cannot excel at certain tasks that others can, we can all find a place in the body to help out. Here is a list of some of the areas in which you can help support BibleNet. I truly believe that the first item in the list is most important. If you can do anything at all, then I would appreciate it if you could please be sure and include BibleNet in your prayer time.

  1. Pray for BibleNet and the people behind the scenes. Through prayer, all things are possible and the impossible is made possible.

  2. Publish your works on BibleNet (graphics, studies, articles, poems, etc...). We are always looking for people to share their hearts through their works. There is no cost for doing this.

  3. Place your business on BibleNet. If you are a Christian and would like to place your business on BibleNet, then let us know. We will include you in our business directory and if you would like your own web site, then we will point you in the right direction, as well.

  4. Program for BibleNet. We are in need of people with HTML coding and GRAPHICS capabilities to help program BibleNet's pages.

  5. Peruse the Internet. If you see any great Christian sights that are not included in BibleNet, then let us know. We would like to give recognition to our brothers and sisters' efforts as well.

  6. Propagate the name of BibleNet (and its location on the web) to your friends. Talk about it in the newsgroups, mention it to your church, or even place it in your .signature file along with the address (http://www.biblenet.net) and an "I support BibleNet" message. You would be surprised to see how many of your secular friends will go to see the site just to wonder what you are talking about.

  7. Prosper BibleNet financially. BibleNet is run on a skeleton crew (currently just myself) and everything I have done has been at my expense. In order for BibleNet to grow, I am in need of financial support to obtain the items necessary to keep us online. Any support in this area would be deeply appreciated.

If you can do any of the preceeding items, then I would ask that you please complete the BibleNet Feedback form and let me know how you intend to support BibleNet. If you can think of any creative ways that I have not thought of, then let me know that as well. Anything to further the Kingdom!

My love to all of you in Christ Jesus, Amen.
